The rules are simple: tap an arrow to move it in the direction it faces. Make a row of 3 tiles of the same color and the tiles disappear.
If that sounds too easy, dont worry - youll find yourself in situations that require clever manipulation of the game board. Theres an assortment of objectives to keep you on your toes: tiles that chase you, tiles that must be matched within a few moves, tiles that must be protected, and lots more.
As well as 38 freeform stages which play out differently every time, we have created 75 challenges with unique solutions and an endless mode, so the game is crammed with content to keep you busy!

Clever variation of the typical so much used Match 3 game formula.
Excellent design, relaxing gameplay with lots of challenges to keep you thinking. Super addictive and packed with a mysterious story to discover!
I have greatly enjoyed this game, it is a match 3 with a unique method for moving tiles. There is no IAP, an extra set of 150 "puzzles" and the levels were all achievable.
It was a pleasant experience as it is all turn based and you can take as long as you like to think about your next move. Also, I never had issues with the game restarting and losing my level progress after a minimization.
Only flaw I have found is that a number of the puzzles give you more moves than needed, showing it was not fully tested.

Very addictive, well balanced and long enough to play through. Would gladly pay for an extension pack.
I rarely write reviews, but this is a highly addictive and entertaining game. I played off and on for sometime and beat every level!! It was exhilarating. The frustration with some of the harder levels accompanied by the thrill of finally beating it was great!!
I rarely write reviews, but this one is worth reviewing. An incredibly well designed game with multiple game modes that Ive been playing constantly for several days now.
Two small pieces of feedback:
1. I like the music but the game could do with more tracks as it can get a little repetitive.
2. The sound effects are a little loud.
Small issues with an otherwise great game.
This game drew me in and I keep going back to it. Each level is a little trickier to keep it interesting! The new update has a glitch where skulls explode, even though Ive used the power up to extend them- not as frequently as in the previous version, but it still happens. Please fix this.
Some bad moments
Loved this game, but now it is completely frozen. I cant delete either. I have tried contacting app support for Fallen Tree Games, and it says page not found. Kind of fishy. Wish I had never downloaded.
This game quickly turns into a luck based game rather than a skill based game, and the odds are NOT in your favor (less than 5% win ratio). Most board deals literally are not solvable. Frustrating and irritating, rather than challenging. Sad-because the Quell games are my hands down favorite puzzle games to date.
A no move counting option update is the only thing that would make me want to try playing again.
This game is fun but it appears to be the largest consumer of battery life of any app on my phone. Even when it is running in the background, it appears to slow down iOS until it is forced closed.
I really enjoy this game, especially after the latest update with new levels. One can earn 3 power-ups. Very helpful as the levels get harder and harder. Got to W level ( A to Z) and the 3 power ups disappeared! Theres no indication that this is supposed to happen. What gives??
The grooving jazz soundtrack has me convinced the rat pack wrote this app haha. Fun comical logic puzzler with no time pressure and many ways to solve have you competing against yourself for better results. Earn power ups within play so not a use and lose proposition each level. Fun fun thanks!
There are too many things to look for. Its a "reactionary" game but the timed-element adds a panic factor which takes the fun out of the puzzle element of the game. I had skipped most of the levels in the first group as they were impossible to clear them. I have no intention to continue after this point. I did enjoy the background music.
